What we collect

When you request a demo, we collect your name, email address, salon name, state and time zone, plus a phone number or website if you choose to provide them. Our hosting provider also processes basic request information, such as your IP address, to deliver and protect the website.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your request and arrange a demonstration. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter, activate phone answering or create a paid account.

Who can access it

Authorized Emllet staff can access demo requests. We use Vercel to host the website, Supabase to store inquiries, and Google Workspace to handle email. These providers process information to support those services. We do not sell inquiry information or share it for targeted advertising.

How long we keep it

Website inquiries are removed from the active inquiry database after 90 days, through daily cleanup. Rate limits use hashed identifiers, with expired records removed during daily cleanup. Provider backups and email correspondence may remain longer under their retention settings. If you become a customer, we will explain account and service retention separately.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising pixels or optional analytics cookies. Hosting and security services may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your inquiry, or stop contacting you, by emailing alex@emllet.com. We may need to verify that the request is yours before disclosing or changing information. Please do not send passwords or sensitive customer records.

Phone service and earlier purchases

This website does not start a live salon installation. Caller processing, salon accounts and billing will have separate notices and an agreement before activation. Records from the earlier Emllet bedding business remain separate; contact alex@emllet.com about an earlier purchase.
